If you lose something in a vehicle booked with Taxi 31300, we have a free lost & found service to assist you.

However, please note that usually the quickest way to retrieve an item is to contact the taxi firm directly. The name and contact data can be found on your receipt.
If the taxi firm cannot help, please provide us with a complete description of the item and circumstances surrounding the loss. The more detailed the information about the lost item and what transpired, the better and faster we will be able to assist you.
